What to expect

Right behind the walls, right in front of them.

Opening up a floor plan, moving a kitchen or reworking a bathroom often means dealing with what is behind the walls. We sort out the framing and any load-bearing changes first, then carry the job through to cabinets, fixtures and paint.

You get the scope, materials and schedule in writing before work starts. If we find something unexpected once the walls are open, you hear about it from us right away.

What’s included

  • Kitchen and bathroom remodels
  • Removing and rebuilding interior walls
  • Structural work when a wall is load-bearing
  • New flooring, trim and paint
  • Cabinet, countertop and fixture installation

Common questions

What people ask about home remodeling.

Can we stay in the house during the remodel?

Usually, yes, depending on the scope. We talk through which rooms will be out of use and for how long before we start, and we clean up the site at the end of each day.

Can you remove a load-bearing wall?

Yes. We handle the structural work and the permitting needed to take out or open up a load-bearing wall safely.

Who handles the plumbing and electrical?

We schedule and supervise licensed plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades, so you never have to coordinate anyone yourself.
