A 5,400 square foot raised home on the Albemarle Sound, built from site work and pilings through ZIP sheathing, siding, porches and the finished exterior.
A working horse farm built from open pasture: a 3,500 square foot home, a 36×45 metal horse barn with stalls, a 30×40 metal workshop, a 60×100 covered riding arena and three-quarters of a mile of milled asphalt drive. Work in progress.
A covered back porch with stairs and rails, added onto an existing home.
A second-floor concrete pool at a condominium, turned into a deck after three months of structural repair underneath. Cable rail and a raised area for gatherings and events.
Footings dug, rebar set and inspected on a new home now under construction.
A roof tear-off that turned up rotted decking and holes underneath. The bad sheathing was cut out and replaced, and every seam was taped before the new roof went on.

We come out, look at the site and listen to what you want. No charge, and no obligation at the end of it.

Plan and quote
You get a written scope and a price, with the materials and the schedule set out so you can see what you are buying.

Build
One crew, one schedule. We hold the trades and the inspections together and keep the site tidy at the end of each day.

Walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you and close out the punch list before we ask you to sign anything off.
