Every home is priced on its own scope. Before we break ground, you get a written plan that lays out the materials and the schedule, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

We come out, look at the site and listen to what you want. No charge, and no obligation at the end of it.

You get a written scope and a price, with the materials and the schedule set out so you can see what you are buying.

One crew, one schedule. We hold the trades and the inspections together and keep the site tidy at the end of each day.

Walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you and close out the punch list before we ask you to sign anything off.

Can you build on the lot I already own?
Yes. We start with a site visit to look at the lot, the access and what the county will require before anything is drawn up.
Can you build from my own house plans?
Yes. Bring plans from your architect or designer and we will price and build from them, or we can coordinate the design with you.
How long does a custom home take?
It depends on the size of the home, permitting and the weather. You get a written schedule with your plan and price, and we keep you updated as the build moves.
